It is composed of mixing cylinder, supporting wheel, etc. The cylinder is composed of front cone section, back cone section, cylindrical section, head, blade, feeding cone, raceway, etc. The front end is connected with the reducer, and the rear end is supported on the subframe by supporting wheels.
The supporting wheel plays the role of supporting the roller body and is composed of a support, a bearing seat, a shaft, a bearing, etc. The shell and blade of the mixing drum are made of high strength steel plate, which has higher wear resistance. The optimized mixing drum also has reliable structural stiffness, good wear resistance, smooth feeding and discharging, and extremely low residue. It can not only mix concrete, but also agitate and transport ready mixed concrete, and has no discharge segregation phenomenon, ensuring the homogeneity of concrete.
Mixer subframe is the main load-bearing part of the three wheel chassis mixer. The load during operation is almost supported by it. In addition, the impact load caused by the bumpy road surface and acceleration and deceleration during operation puts forward high requirements for the structure of the subframe. The whole sub frame is composed of main beam, front support frame and back support frame. The main girder adopts the integral box structure beam, which fundamentally enhances its torsion resistance, bending resistance and tensile performance, and ensures the rigidity requirements. The steel plate with holes shall be laid under the main beam of the subframe to avoid the protruding rivets on the chassis. At the same time, the direction of the main beam shall be consistent with the direction of the main beam of the chassis body, and the contact area between the subframe and the chassis shall be increased as much as possible. On the other hand, the auxiliary beam is added between the two main beams to adjust the rigidity of each section of the main beam, so that the load is more evenly distributed in the whole length of the subframe.
The feeding and discharging device is composed of feeding hopper, discharging hopper, main discharging groove, auxiliary discharging groove, bracket, locking frame, etc. it is an important part of three wheel chassis mixer, which directly affects the speed and quality of feeding and discharging. The feeding hopper and the discharging hopper are connected with the backstage support frame of the subframe through a bracket.
The liner is made of high strength fine grain alloy steel. Its wear resistance is 1.59 times of Q345A (original 16Mn), which greatly improves the wear resistance. The main discharge chute can discharge the concrete in the required direction, and the auxiliary discharge chute can extend the length of the main discharge chute. When the auxiliary discharge chute is lengthened, pull down the lock handle on the auxiliary discharge chute to lock. The locking frame locks the main discharge chute when the discharge chute is not working.
The operating system is composed of controller, linkage shaft, flexible shaft and linkage mechanism, which mainly controls the rotation speed and direction of mixing drum. A set of controllers are arranged on both sides of the rear of the three wheel chassis mixer truck, and the left and right controllers can realize linkage. There is only one control rod on the controller, and the connecting end is connected to the variable displacement pump through the connecting rod mechanism. The flow of the oil pump is adjusted by changing the angle of the control handle on the pump, so as to realize the control of the direction and speed of the cylinder rotation, which can be controlled by moving left and right; At the same time, the connecting end is connected to the throttle of the engine through the flexible shaft. When the speed needs to be increased, it can be controlled up and down to control the control lever to improve the cylinder speed.
