Continuous sheet forming technology is made of felt, resin impregnation, gel forming, solidification, cutting, washing, drying and other links. These links are continuously completed by the production line. Glass fiber, resin, catalyst and accelerator are continuously added from one end of the production line; Cut the required FRP products from the other end of the production line.

1. Lower film uncoiling
The resin moves under the action of traction and flows into the mixing barrel from the high-level tank. After being evenly mixed with other components, it flows to the lower membrane through the filter screen. Under the action of the scraper, the resin glue forms a uniform glue layer on the film. The coated film continues to move into the settling chamber. Twistless roving is cut into fixed length fiber by four roll cutting machine, and then it changes from air outlet to loose and falls freely on the glue layer to form uniform chopped fiber felt. In order to increase the strength of the felt and prevent the short cut fiber from pulling, several longitudinal continuous fibers are laid on the felt.

2. Cover with film
Under the action of several rows of wire brushes, after several rollers and scrapers, the fiber felt is impregnated with resin and bubbles are eliminated, thus forming the "sandwich belt" of laminated glass felt“ The "sandwich belt" moves through the forming template and gradually forms the required ripple.
After the corrugated preform is preheated by a preheating furnace with infrared lamp radiation heating, it enters the stable curing zone. There are three stages of heating furnace in the stable solidification zone. After stable curing, the upper and lower covered films are retracted by the coiling mechanism for reuse next time. The horizontal movement of products is completed by traction. Finally, the continuous wave plate is cut into glass fiber products of certain length and width by transverse cutting device and longitudinal cutting device.
